All in Attitude!
On 20.06, the traditional NSК Olimp sports camp/school for growth started - a sports camp in the city of Sandanski. 41 children in different age groups will take part in it, who are gathered with one common goal, namely to grow in the 4 areas of life:
1. The physical dimension includes daily care for our body – physical training, healthy eating, recovery and full rest.
2. A spiritual dimension involves the development of the basic virtues in man: human affection, respect, empathy, honesty, discipline, diligence and human intelligence guided by good motives.
3. Mental dimension - continuous education: reading, visualizing, planning, writing, developing talents, learning new skills or things related to continuous sharpening and developing the mind - this is the basis of mental renewal.
4. Social/Emotional Dimension While the physical, spiritual and mental dimensions are closely related to the personality – the social/emotional dimension is related to the principles of interpersonal relationships such as: serving a cause, building friendships, listening and understanding, communication and creative collaboration between people.
Immediately after our arrival, we held a briefing for the children. Through it, we familiarized them with the main directions on which we will work, as well as our requirements regarding their behavior, habits and principles, on which we will pay special attention.
