GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL SWIMMING TRAINING FOR BEGINNER AND ADVANCED CHILDREN SWIMMERS
Swimming training is a purposeful pedagogical process for mastering the physical motor skills, also habits to such an extent as to ensure safe behavior and movement of the person in the water.
The training and swimming lessons are conducted according to a modern and effective methodology that does not set age limits, it’s incorporated from the American training system and is improved thanks to the over-a-decade years of experience of the coaching staff of NSK Olimp. It is tailored to the individual capabilities of everyone and aims to learn swimming styles in the shortest possible time. At the same time, the main task for the swimming coaches at NSК Olimp is to build principles, habits, qualities and virtues in your children, which have a favorable effect on their overall individual development, on their upbringing and also provide them with a better future.
With its multilayered positive impact on the human body, swimming is one of the best and preferred means of physical education and sport.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Strengthening the health and rising the capabilities of the immune system;

SWIMMING LESSON STRUCTURE
The preparatory part of the swimming lesson is between 8 and 10 minutes. Basically, this is the time for which we have to prepare and predispose the children for the upcoming lesson and physical activity.
The main part of the lesson is about 45 minutes. In this part of the lesson, the children must learn new exercises, to strengthen and improve what they have already learned from the past lessons or build certain qualities such as: speed, endurance, strength and others.
The final part of the lesson goes around 5 minutes. The main purpose of the final part is the gradual restoration of the human body’s normal functioning. * duration - 60 minutes
TRAINING TOOLS
In order to create comfort and easier learning of the material, we use the 3 main means of training: Explanation, Demonstration and Simulation exercises on land. All other material means such as: swimming boards, harnesses and fins are provided by us.
For the coaching staff of NSK Olimp, it is extremely important to pass on our love for sports and especially swimming to your children. For this reason, we will do everything in our power for them to come with a smile and leave with a desire to return to the pool again - where they will be welcomed by professionals who take care that they develop in a wonderful environment.

QUALITIES THAT SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN DEVELOPS
Discipline – discipline is one of the main qualities that builds the sport and, in the specific case, swimming. By following certain requirements, norms and instructions of the coach, children will regulate and control their behavior, which will have an educational effect on them and will build them a strong personal will that will make them more disciplined.
Punctuality – accuracy is a must quality of successful individuals. Children have to get used to it because it is part of swimming life. The most important thing here is that they learn to allocate their time and priorities correctly, as well as not to be late for training.
Independence – the success and progress of each child is mainly due to the responsibility that rests on him and the independent efforts that he makes during the swimming sessions.
Willpower – from the first swimming lessons, the child understands that in order to cope with the difficulties he encounters in the water, he must show willpower and character. Just as in life - so in sports, it is the willpower that helps us overcome difficult moments and obstacles so that we can progress constantly.
Patience – A large part of people want and expect to achieve great and significant successes in a short period of time. This is one of the main reasons for their failure. This attitude is built into the human psyche from an early age. With swimming lessons, the child understands that it takes time and patience to master the correct and technical execution of swimming styles.
Persistence and purposefulness – Swimming training is a wonderful example for children, they will show how with persistence and focused efforts they can achieve their goals.
Concentration – Under the guidance of their coaches, children build concentration in order to learn the learning material, both in the pool and in everything else they do.
