Broken records and medals for Bulgaria and more reasons to be proud of our competitors! Simona Ivanova and Alex Stoinov represented our country in a great way as part of our national swimming team at the international Multinations swimming meet.
Stoinov continues to evolve and yesterday in Cyprus he became the first swimmer of our club to win an international tournament medal for Bulgaria. Our competitor, together with his teammates from the national team, won bronze in the 4x100 freestyle relay with a time of 3.27.59.
In Belgard, Simona broke a 40-year-old record in the 200m. freestyle and with a time of 2:08.68 surpassed Vanya Argirova's achievement from 1983 year. This is just the beginning for our talented, hardworking, and dedicated Simona! We are proud of her!
