Dozens of our athletes attended our special lecture on sports psychology. With many discussions and examples, our swimmers were introduced to key topics related to their psychological health - one of the main factors for success.

  1. How and what to concentrate on and what are the distractions?
  2. What are the different types of goals in sport psychology?
  3. What is stress and how to deal with it?
  4. What are the types of anxiety symptoms, how to overcome them and how to get into “our zone”?

We discussed all these questions with our smart children. They actively participated in the lecture and through their own experience answered many of the questions they had.
