Medals are not the real prize. The prize is what we become until we win them! Achieving goals alone does not make us happy in the long run. A deep and lasting sense of fulfillment comes from the kind of people we become as we overcome the obstacles along the way.
The main goal of the team leaders: assistant coach Nikolay Mollov, coach Lyubomir Simeonov, coach Milko Iliev and senior coach Emil Milkov during our high-altitude camp at the Belmeken National Sports Base, is to keep asking ourselves the question: what kind of people should we transform children into, in order for them to achieve anything they desire? This is perhaps the most important question that we should ask ourselves, because the answer depends on the direction in which we should work...
