All in Attitude!
ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY, ADAPTATION, PROACTIVITY AND POSITIVISM are the 4 things that accompanied NKS Olimp during the state of emergency.
Guided by its mission to add value to children, adults and organizations to increase and develop their performance abilities so that they can achieve the important goals they have set for themselves, living a better life, the team of Association Olimp National Sports Club took responsibility, adapted, redistributed its activities and faced the new challenge called COVID-19. And when we say the team, we mean all our members: children, coaches, parents, friends and sponsors, because directly or indirectly everyone took part and supported our club. This is exactly why we thank you for your financial support and your sympathetic attitude towards our club, which allowed us to realize our concept:
1. We have refined and upgraded our Junior Swimming Training Methodology in swimming for children. We have made it more accessible so that it will improve the work of the coaching staff, increase our effectiveness and help achieve our Vision for the development of our club.
2. We conducted over 600 online lessons, which included physical and theoretical training on various topics that directly affect the building of successful personalities not only in sports, but also outside of it. Topics like:
- characteristics of champions
- the habits of successful individuals
- the rules for success
- training for the psyche
- the visualization
- the key to growth
- goals, as a means of achieving dreams
- the excuses
- the obstacles and difficulties
- daily efforts
- how most often people lose their powers
- others
3. We have prepared 26 pre-structured and tailored to the abilities of our members videos for conditioning, kifut, recovery, strength and core. We thank Kaloyan Nikolov and Margarita Mitkova
4. We organized a donation campaign that served to:
- sanitary materials for "Longevity"
- protective masks for "Longevity"
- groceries for "Longevity"
- mineral water for "Longevity"
- disinfectants for "Longevity"
- branded masks for the members of NSK Olimp
- securing the concept
- assisting the coaching staff
- 1 more initiative has been undertaken, which will soon be implemented
5. Journaling has begun that will help build principles and habits that will increase your capacity to live more effectively, increase your opportunities for expression, and unleash your natural leadership potential.
6. Specialization in the theoretical training of the coaching staff
7. Club Record Tables and Club Performance Table are prepared – the release of which and other administrative work are pending.
In fact, the concept managed to unite all the friends and figures of NSK Olimp in showing what the NSK Olimp Association is.
